Terms and Conditions – Belgravia Platinum Label London Dry Gin TV Giveaway Promotion
1. Eligibility:
The TV Giveaway Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to all individuals who are legal residents of the Republic of South Africa and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Halewood South Africa and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. All entrants must be in possession of a valid South African TV licence at the time of entering. The aforesaid condition shall thus be especially applicable to the selected winners.
2. Promotion Period:
The Promotion begins on October 1, 2023, at 12:00 AM and ends on December 30, 2023, at 11:59 PM (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period consists of three months.
3. Prize Details:
During the Promotion Period, Halewood South Africa will give away a total of six (6) television sets, each valued at R 29,000. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
4. Prize Draw Schedule:
Winners will be selected every two weeks from October 1, 2023, until December 30, 2023. In December, the last winner will be selected on December 30, 2023, and not on the 23rd of December.
5. How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, participants must:
5.1 Like and follow Belgravia Gin South Africa on both Facebook and Instagram; and
5.2 Upload a photo of yourself enjoying Belgravia Platinum Label London Dry Gin in the comments sections of the Facebook posts which are going to be made during the aforesaid period announcing the said giveaway promotion and / or share such photo of yourself on Instagram by using the hashtag #BelgraviaPlatinum. (Photo uploads featuring any other Belgravia Gin product(s) shall not be deemed as valid entries and thus not considered.) Halewood South Africa shall not limit the number of entries per Facebook / Instagram user although any subsequent uploads of the same photo shall not be deemed valid.
6. Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected wherever practical through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during each two-week period and on December 30, 2023. Any subsequent entries by any of the previous winners shall be deemed invalid. The selection of the winners is final and no correspondence shall be entered into whatsoever.
7. Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified via a direct message on Facebook and / or Instagram within three (3) business days of the drawing date. Winners must respond to the notification within seven (7) days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternative winner shall be selected.
8. Publicity Release:
By participating, entrants’ consent to the use of their names, images, and entry submissions for promotional purposes by Halewood South Africa without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions:
Halewood South Africa reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity. Halewood South Africa is not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may arise during the said giveaway promotion. Halewood South Africa shall also not be liable in any manner whatsoever for the quality and / or overall condition of the smart TVs once delivered to the respective winners. The communication of any possible technical and / or other faults to the manufacturer thereof shall be the sole responsibility of the winner(s).
10. Privacy:
Any personal information collected during the Promotion will be used in accordance with Halewood South Africa’s Privacy Policy which can be viewed on www.halewood.co.za.
11. Governing Law:
The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram and / or its parent company.
